About me
My name is Daniela Milier, I’m woman in my thirties, born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and I’ve worked several years of my life as a graphic/web designer.
After leaving my corporate job, I started travelling, and with it, weaving came along in 2017 when I found a small frame loom in a charity shop in Scotland.
Currently I live in Lago Puelo, a town in the Argentinean Patagonia surrounded by mountains, forests, rivers and a shiny lake. It’s so pretty!
I also love taking photographs of nature and gathering fruits, plants and mushrooms while exploring and hiking.
In weaving, I’ve found a deep connection with women regardless time and space, like belonging to a never-ending thread that’s shared and passed on to all of us, women, who weave.
Thank you for reading me again and nice to meet you,
Dani.
